Cancellation Policy
Being mindful of COVID-19 changes and changes of your circumstances, we will offer credit towards another retreat, transfer to another person or credit towards another one of our programs, in the event that we cannot operate the retreat or you cannot attend the retreat due to change in circumstances or government mandates around vaccination status or lockdown. This will be offered up until 10 days prior to the retreat start date. Request for transfer or credit must be in writing to [email protected]. Any transfers or credits must be approved by the Directors of Bloom Holistic Collective. Our stance as Holistic Wellness professionals is one of neutrality and non-judgment. We are fully vaccinated, however are unsure as to the future decisions of the government in relation to the 'retreat environment' therefore, changes could occur.
